It’s hard to argue against the idea that Florida real estate lawyer Matt Palentchar has come a long way since he grew up in Colonia, NJ playing sports like baseball, basketball, football and soccer. These days, Matt spends most of his time practicing as a highly accomplished lawyer. So far, he has more than a dozen years of legal experience under his belt and his clients appreciate the work he does for them. Of course, he also has a lot of education in his background.
Following his graduation from high school, Matt Palentchar earned a B.A. in political science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick and then he received a scholarship to attend Ohio Northern University, where he earned his Juris Doctor. Following law school, Matt decided he wanted to move to Florida, so he did so. He passed the bar exam in 2004, at which point he began practicing with a general practice law firm in Naples, Florida. That didn’t last long, however; he practiced in real estate and estate planning, as well as civil, criminal and business law, but the law firm life didn’t appeal to him, so he went off on his own to form Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A., a firm he ran until 2010, when a terrible illness forced him out of Florida for a time.
Being naturally tough, though, Matt Palentchar fought back and returned to Florida within a short time, feeling more focused than ever. That’s when he formed Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg, Florida. He still operates in the same area, where he lives with his wife Heather and their two dogs.
