Attorney Matthew Palentchar has practiced law in Florida narly continuously since he first arrived in the state in 2004. He has practiced in many areas of the law at various times, but his preferred specialty is definitely real estate law. These days, he is largely focused on corporate real estate transactions, although he occasionally handles cases involving probate, simple estate planning, and small business law issues, as well. It’s all about the client and what they need, after all. Matthew Palentchar places client service above everything else, so he does whatever they need.
In addition to his status as a member in good standing of the Florida Bar Association, Matthew Palentchar also does a lot of what spare time he allows himself as a volunteer for CASA, as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litum for children who need help in the system. Back in 2010, a terrible illness forced him to leave Florida for a time, but his mental and physical toughness meant he was back before long to form his latest firm, Matthew G. Palentchar, PLLC in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he now lives with his wife Heather and their two dogs. He also works with CASA, where he acts as a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litum for disadvantaged children.
